Year Round Fund Raising Info

St. Mary's has five ongoing programs that help raise funds year round.  They are: Box Tops 4 Education, Labels for Education, Land-O-Lakes Milk Jug Caps, Loaves 4 Learning, and Our Family UPC Labels.  Just a few notes about these programs.  Please check this section out periodically as information may be changed/added. :-)

Box Tops for Education: St. Mary's students are participating in a contest as to which 'family group' can bring in the most Box Tops.  The deadline is Feb. 15, 2012.  The winning team will get a special treat!  

Please keep saving those Boxtops!  Last October we had saved and turned in 1,690 Boxtops.  So far, we only have 1,200 and are working toward our Feb. 15, 2012 deadline for extra points.  Remember to check all your products for those Boxtops, especially with all the baking you will be/are doing for the holidays. (You can also be saving the Campbell Labels for Education and Our Family UPC’s!)  Let’s see if we can’t beat the 1,690 for our second submittal.

Web Site to gain information about promotions is www.boxtops4education.com/activitycenter.  When sending box tops in to school, please remember to check the expiration date.  Box Tops for Education has two easy ways to help earn cash for St. Mary's School.  Visit www.btfe.com and check out the Box Tops Reading Room where you can order books on line and earn 'eBoxTops'.  You can also shop on line from this site and earn cash for your school.  There are many retailers who will donate eBoxTops to our school with every qualifying $10 purchase.  Check out www.btfe.com/marketplace.

Labels for Education: All that is needed is the UPC code and logo for Labels for Education.  We do not need the whole label.  Web Site for information and redemption sheets is: www.labelsfor education.com-forms.  If you use the redemption sheets, we receive on free point for each filled sheet. (click on LFE Tools to find the forms).  ALSO right now you can sign up and register to win St. Mary's a new comuter lab, fully equiped! All you have to do is log in, choose to support St. Mary's School, then enter everyday.  You just never know what may happen! :-) 

Land-O-Lakes Milk Jug Caps:  The caps we collect say 5 cents and have the website (www.savefiveforschools.com) on the labels. Rinse the caps, make sure the labels are still on the top and drop off either at the school office or in the collection pail at church.

Our Family Products:  All that is needed is the UPC code, not the whole label.

Loaves 4 Learning:  Country Hearth or Village Hearth products.  Bring the UPS's to school/Church and drop in a collection box/pail.  

 There is a collection pail in the church for anyone to place their labels, caps or UPC codes in.  Even if you don't have children enrolled at St. Mary's, you can help the school by participating in these very simple fundraisers.  Please feel free to leave these items either in the pail at church or drop off in the school office.  When redeemed, St. Mary's either receives cash or points that can be redeemed for items for the classrooms, gym equipment, or teacher's aid items.  Thank you, in advance, for your help!  Chris Schons, coordinator
