 Memorials

Thank you for the memorial donated in memory of Earl Busch and Omer Eischens.  We are blessed by your thoughtfulness.

 Advent Wreath Blessing

Everyone is invited to join us each Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. during Advent as we bless our school wreath in the front hallway.  This Monday’s Advent Wreath Blessing will be done by the 1^st & 2^nd Graders.

 Family Advent Project

Thank you to everyone who has turned in their Family’s Angel.  The angels are absolutely gorgeous.  If you didn’t turn in your angel today, please feel free to turn your angel in tomorrow morning.

 School Spirit Day!

Don’t forget that students are invited to wear Santa Hats, Reindeer Antlers, or Elf Hats on Tuesday, December 15^th as part of our first school spirit day.  If you don’t have any of those, the students are invited to wear red and green that day.

 Christmas Program

This year’s Christmas Program is called, “Once Upon a Christmas Cheery.”  Please join us in celebration of the season at our performances.  Our dress rehearsal will be Friday, December 11^th at 1:00 p.m. and our regular performance will be on Sunday, December 13^th at 2:00 p.m.  Please have your child/ren dress up for each performance.  Please have your child/ren here to school on Sunday by 1:30 so they can get dressed in their costumes.  Please do not have them wear jeans for the performances.  Thank you!

 Winter Attire

It’s that time of year!  Please send your children with everything they’ll need for winter weather.  This includes snowpants, boots, hats, mittens, and coats.  We go outside every day unless it is 0 or below.  Please make sure that your children have everything they need. 

 December Service Project

For the next week, we will be collecting gently used or new toys to donate to the Tracy Food Shelf.  We donated two big boxes of toys last year!  Let’s make someone’s Christmas very merry!  A box is set in the front hallway for all toy donations across from the Advent Wreath.

Advent Angels

Please remind your child/ren to do nice things for their Advent Angels during this Advent Season.  If you have any questions about Advent Angels, please call the school office.

 Father Bob

Please keep Father Bob in your prayers.  He was in the Tracy hospital on Monday night and was released.  He was scheduled for an appointment Thursday morning but was airlifted to Sioux Falls with chest pains.  That is all the information we have at this time, we will keep you updated.  Please pray for Father. ~ Mrs. Hauger

 Gingerbread Houses

Jan LaVoy has graciously put together the Gingerbread House project for every St. Mary’s student again this year.  They will be decorating them on Tuesday, December 15^th Each family has been asked to donate a package of any small items(ie;  skittles, M&M’s, fruit loops ect.) to share with everyone in order to complete their gingerbread houses.  If you have any questions please contact the school office.
