Congratulations!

Congratulations to Victoria Schons of Tracy, this week’s $100 weekly calendar raffle winner. Thank you for supporting our school!

 Reminder

This is a reminder about our Easter Break and the teachers attending the NCEA-National Catholic Education Association Convention in Minneapolis .  There will be NO SCHOOL from Thursday, April 1st to Sunday, April 4th.  We will come back to school on Monday, April 5th to make up one of our snow days.  Then on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 6th and 7th there will be NO SCHOOL so the teachers are able to attend the NCEA convention.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school office.  Thank you!

 Stations of the Cross

Our last Stations of the Cross is tomorrow, Friday March 26th at 2:00 p.m.  Please consider joining us in prayer and reflection.

 Congratulations!

Our sincere congratulations go to Travis and Amy Koenig on the birth of their newest son, Benjamin Alexander.  He was born on March 18th.  Mom is home recovering and Benjamin remains in the hospital in ICU.  Benjamin is having some breathing and eating issues and they are uncertain at this time when he might be home.  We are asking for all our families to say some prayers for Benjamin and the Koenig’s.

 Alleluia Party

Our Alleluia Party is scheduled for Friday, April 9th at 1:30 p.m.  We need many volunteers to help with games and donations of prizes, especially, Little Debbie Treats for our cake walk and Pop for our Basketball Throw.  Please consider helping out, the students always have such a wonderful time.  Please let the school office know if you are willing to help out at any games or are willing to donate pop, prizes, or treats.  Thank you!

 Wilder Pageant

Cast try-outs for the Laura Ingalls Wilder Pageant will be held on Friday, April 9 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 10 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.  All try-outs will be held at the Walnut Grove Elementary Gym.  If you have any questions or need more information, call Bill Richards at 859-2713 or contact him via e-mail at richards@mntm.org.

 Report Cards

The end of 3rd Quarter is this Friday.  Report cards will be coming home next Wednesday, March 31st.  Please watch for them to come home that day.

Textbook and Health Pupil Aid Forms

Coming home with tonight’s newsletter are our yearly textbook and health forms that we, as St. Mary’s families, have to fill out each year.  Please make sure to fill one out for each child in your family.  We receive money from the school district per child based on these forms.  Thank you!

 Accreditation Visit

Within a month, the Accreditation team will be coming to visit St. Mary’s School.  This team visits with teachers, students, and sometimes parents regarding their thoughts and feelings about St. Mary’s School.  They also check many different aspects of our school to make sure that we can maintain our accreditation status with MNSAA.  If you receive a call, please answer any questions they have about our school.  The team will be visiting St. Mary’s School on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 20th and 21st.
