2009-2010 School Year
If you know of
anyone who is interested in sending their child/ren
to St. Mary’s School for the 2009-2010 School Year, please have them
call the school office.
2009-2010 Forms
The textbook and
health forms were sent home yesterday.
These forms help the school get textbook and health funding.
Please fill out one form per child, so for each child you will
turn in 2 forms. Questions
please call the school office.
Grandparents Day Program
Our annual
Grandparents Day Program is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, May 8th
at 2:00 p.m.
Memorial Candles
Memorial Candles
will be sent home tomorrow with your children if they paid for one.
They can pick them up after the program.
A little place card with the grandparent’s name on it will be
set in front of each candle for easy identification.
SMS Family Picnic
Our second annual
St. Mary’s Family Picnic will be held on Friday, May 15th @
6:30pm!!! A formal
invitation came home last week. We
had a ton of fun last year and we hope EVERYONE will be able to make it
this year.
Field Day
St. Mary’s will
have their annual Field Day on Tuesday, May 19th at 12:30
p.m. at
Swift
Lake
Park
. We enjoy having many
people and you are more than welcome to come.
We are also in need of volunteers.
If you would like to help out at any of the events, please let
the office know. Thank you!
May Service Project
The box is sitting
outside the school office for the birthday kit donations.
Each grade is in charge of a certain item to bring in.
Right now we only have 3 cake mixes and 6 candles.
Let’s try to make someone’s birthday brighter by giving them
a birthday kit. Thank you!
6th Grade Field Trip
Our sixth graders
will be going on their annual field trip next Thursday, May 14th
to
St. Paul
. Please keep them in your
prayers for safe travels.
3rd and 4th Grade
Field Trip
The 3rd
and 4th graders will be going to
End-O-Line
Park
in Currie on Tuesday, May 12th.
Please pray for their safe travels as well!
SCRIP SUMMER SCHEDULE
Last weekly SCRIP
order will be May 13th. Then
it will start our month summer schedule.
Orders will be due
the 2nd Wednesday of the month:
Wednesday, June 10th with delivery Friday, June 19th
