Happy Thanksgiving!
We would like
to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
We hope you and your family have a blessed Thanksgiving.
School will resume on Monday, November 30th.
Advent Wreath Blessing
Everyone is
invited to join us each Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. during Advent
as we bless our school wreath in the front hallway.
This Monday’s Advent Wreath Blessing will be done by the
5th Graders.
St.
Mary’s Basketball
We are getting
ready for our Echoes basketball.
However, we are in need of a coach!!
If you or someone you know would be interested please have
them contact Joe Vandendriessche or the school office!
Also, we are
inviting the 3rd graders this year to participate in
St. Mary’s Basketball. If
you have a 3rd grader who is interested in playing for
our Echoes, please contact Joe Vandendriessche or the school
office!
PartyLite
Fundraiser
We have had to
extend this fundraiser. Please
try very hard to sell these items.
We need to make up the difference of not making our
magazine goal. Don’t
forget that 50% of what we sell for PartyLite
comes back to the school. The
only other fundraiser that has a higher percentage is our
Marathon
. Please turn in
everything by Monday, November 30th.
Thank you for working hard for our school.
Meals for Horner’s
Thank you to
everyone who has already volunteered to bring a meal to the Horner
family. We have
through November 30th covered.
Please help us keep them supplied with meals up to
Christmas Break. There
are about 14 days to take care of in December.
I know that the family really appreciates your efforts.
It’s one more thing that Tammy doesn’t have to worry
about while she is in
Sioux Falls
with Joseph.
Thanksgiving Meal for Food Shelf
Thank you!
We were able to provide the Tracy Food Shelf with 10 meals
for families in the Tracy Area.
Soup and Pie
Thank you to
everyone who helped at this year’s Soup and Pie.
We wouldn’t have been able to do it without each family’s
help. Thank you to
everyone who helped to wash vegetables, make
the soups, decorate tables, take money, and serve soups.
Thank you also to the Fifth Graders who bussed
tables and reset placemats. Also
thanks to the staff who donated money so that we had enough pies
and also to the Faith Formation students who worked!!
We couldn’t have done it without ALL of you!!!!
Advent Angels
Advent Angels
have been drawn and letters went home to every family naming who
your child/ren are
Advent Angels to. Please
make sure to have them do something nice at least once or twice a
week for the child’s name they drew.
We’ll reveal Advent Angels at the All School Christmas
Party.
News…
As some of you
may or may not have heard from your child/ren
there seems to be a black pick-up parking along the street next to
our playground fence-line during lunch recess.
All teachers, myself, and Mr. Her are aware of it, as they
are outside for recess duty. The
only ones who have seen it are the student and Mr. Her.
This is not an every day occurrence, it has however
happened two times for sure. I
want you all to know that I have called the Tracy Police
Department and that the Police Chief has been patrolling the area
during our recess time. He
does not think that there is any threat to the students’ safety;
however, he wants to make sure by patrolling the area.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at
the school office or at home.
Thank you! ~

A percentage comes back to your tuition and the school from
