HELP NEEDED

Would you be willing to share your TIME and TALENTS with our school?  In order to give our students the best possible education, many people are needed to accomplish this very important task.

Please check this list over, and if you are interested, and willing to contribute some of your time and talent, please indicate those areas and return the form to the school as soon as possible.  If you have any questions, please feel free
to call the school office at 629-3270.

 

 ________  ROOM MOTHER/FATHER:  Assist teacher in planning classroom parties and arranging transportation for class field   
                                                                   trips.

 ________  TEACHER AIDE:  Assist teacher(s) in small jobs, or working with individual students or small groups.  The school        will contact you to set up a possible schedule.

________  PLAYGROUND AIDE:   Supervision of the children between 11:50 am and 12:30 pm.

________  CARPENTER/PAINTING/CLEANING JOBS:  As needed around the school and school grounds.

________  RECYCLING PROGRAM:  Help organize these various programs by cutting, sorting, and counting so that the items 
                                                               can be mailed in throughout the school year. 

________  OFFICE AIDE:  Assist our Principal and/or Secretary with general office duties such as answering telephone calls, 
                                             sorting the mail, and making copies. 

________  OTHER:  Please indicate any other talents you are willing to share!
